Washington DC and environs: Washington Monument at dusk. I was rushing to get to the west of the Washington Monument as the sun was going down, but as I walked down a hill to the south this sight made me stop there and attempt to capture the view of the circle of flags. It can probably be done better with some actual planning instead of just stumbling across it, so this might be worth trying again someday. Photo note: Fuji 6x9 medium format, Provia slide film.
